"Still of the Night" is a single released by Whitesnake, from their hugely successful self titled 1987 album.

Still of the Night is one of Whitesnake's most popular songs, and sometimes at their concerts in recent years, they'd play it last, even though "Here I Go Again" was a more successful single, and a #1 hit in the United States.

The song was written by lead singer David Coverdale and guitarist John Sykes.

A music video, featuring Coverdale's future wife and then ex-wife Tawny Kitaen, was shot for the song.

The song is widely misconstrued as being a song by Led Zeppelin, because of David Coverdale's vocals resembling that of Robert Plant. Also the style in which the song is played is very similar to Led Zeppelin.

The song is featured in the video game "Rock Revolution".
