"~Refrain~ The Songs were inspired by "EVANGELION"" is a album consisting of songs from, and based on the Japanese Anime "Neon Genesis Evangelion". Some of the songs are new versions of tracks included on "Neon Genesis Evangelion II", "Neon Genesis Evangelion III" and "". All songs are performed by Takahashi Yoko (who performed the opening theme for the series as well as other tracks), with the exception of track 14 which was recorded on the streets of London by street singers. The strange grammar of the title is a result of a slight mistranslation by the record company. This album is an official Evangelion album
