Seton Catholic High School (Pittston)

Seton Catholic, the former Roman Catholic High School, was located on William Street in the City of Pittston in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, United States. It had many names before it became known as "Seton Catholic"- named after Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton (1774-1821). The old school was a grouping of multi-story buildings within short proximity of one another. It was served by Saint John the Evangelist Church right next door. HISTORY

The school first opened its doors in the 1860's and served Greater Pittston until its final days in June 2007. James J. Redington was the final principal of Seton Catholic High School.
