Belarus bomb blast

The Belarus bomb blast took place just after midnight on 4 July, 2008, and wounded about 50 people. It happened in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, at a concert to attend Belarus' independence, which was attended by the President, Alexander Lukashenko. The bomb was homemade.
