Quintain Estates and Development (lse|QED) is a leading British-based property investment and development business. It is headquartered in London and is a former constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.

History

The business was originally established in 1992 and first listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1996. In 1997 it acquired Fiscal Properties plc and Croydon Land & Estates Limited. In 1999 it went on to acquire English & Overseas Properties plc and Chesterfield Properties Limited.
