The Roman Catholic Diocese of Laohekou/Laohokow {Latin: " Laohocheuven(sis)", 中文: 老河口} is a diocese located in the city of Laohekou in the Ecclesiastical province of Hankou in China.

History

* September 11, 1870: Established as Apostolic Vicariate of Northwestern Hupeh 湖北西北 from the Apostolic Vicariate of Hupeh 湖北
* December 3, 1924: Renamed as Apostolic Vicariate of Laohekou 老河口
* April 11, 1946: Promoted as Diocese of Laohekou 老河口
