Sir Eyvind Hellstrøm (born December 2, 1948 in Moss, Norway) is the chef and part owner of Bagatelle restaurant, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant in the city of Oslo, and the current president of the Bocuse d’Or Europe. An author of several books, Hellstrøm will host the television show "Hellstrøm rydder opp" scheduled for broacast during fall 2008, projected to be a Norwegian version of Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares".
