David Anthony Manning (born August 14, 1972 in Buffalo, New York) is a former starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Milwaukee Brewers in 2003. Manning was drafted by Texas as the 90th pick. He pitched for the Palm Beach Pathers farm team before playing for the Milwaukee Brewers.[1]
