*July 1996 - Founded as a private limited company in Sharjah International Airport Free Zone, UAE.
*February 2000 - Established and registered in the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe.
*March 2001 to July 2002 - Operated mainly in African countries such as São Tomé and Principe, Congo (Brazzaville ),Angola ,Sudan and participated in UN Humanitarian and Food Programs.
*August 2002 - Established and registered in Kyrgyz Republic.
*September 2002 - Commenced international services in theAfrica andMiddle East region from Sharjah and Dubai.
*July 2003 - Authorized to be based in the UAE in accordance with the regulations of the DGCAA.
