Coyote Canyon

Coyote Canyon is a buffet style restaurant chain that is part of Stockade Companies.

Coyote Canyon is a casual low-price all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant that includes steak and other meats grilled to order, salad bar, soups, bakery and desserts. [1] There are currently about nine locations in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota and Texas[2].
