- GENSCAN
GenScan is an online program to identify complete
gene structures in genomicDNA . It is a GHMM-based gene finder for human sequences. The Web server at the MIT can be found at: http://genes.mit.edu/GENSCAN.htmlGENSCAN was developed by Chris Burge in the research group of
Samuel Karlin , Department of Mathematics,Stanford University .An overview over similar software can be found at: http://www.genefinding.org/software.html
