Kafr 'Aqab ( _ar. كفر عقب) is the northernmost Palestinian neighborhood in East Jerusalem. It is located just south of the West Bank city of al-Bireh, 13 kilometers North of Jerusalem in the central West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, the town had a population of 10,411 in 2006. While Kafr 'Aqab was annexed with the rest of East Jerusalem by Israel, and falls under its full jurisdiction, it is one of the neighborhoods that are separated from Jerusalem by the West Bank Separation Barrier.
