United States Census Bureau , the unorganized territory has a total area of 36.2square mile s (93.7km² ), of which, 34.7 square miles (89.8 km²) of it is land and 1.5 square miles (3.9 km²) of it (4.12%) is water.Demographics

census GR|2 of 2000, there were 249 people, 105 households, and 84 families residing in the unorganized territory. Thepopulation density was 7.2 people per square mile (2.8/km²). There were 136 housing units at an average density of 3.9/sq mi (1.5/km²). The racial makeup of the unorganized territory was 98.39% White, 0.40% Native American, and 1.20% from two or more races.There were 105 households out of which 20.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.4% were married couples living together, 3.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.0% were non-families. 13.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.37 and the average family size was 2.58.
