Si-cut.db(pronounced Sye Kut Dee Bee) is a dubstep musician from London. Si-cut.db has made several recorded releases under several guises, such as Radial Blend and Phoenix Jig. Under the assumed alias of Si-cut.db, Douglas Benford recorded three albums along with collaborations with Saint Etienne, Andrew Weatherall and Momus. In 1999, Si-cut.db was ranked in the top 200 of US College Radio acts. The DJ also managed and played at the London-based electronic music Sprawl Club for a period of over 10 years, and also played at various venues such as the Tate Modern, Colchester Art Centre and Watermans.
