Thomas "Tom" Kouzmanis (born 22 April 1973 in East York, Ontario) is a retired Canadian soccer player of Macedonian descent who earned five caps for the national team between 1995 and 1997, scoring three goals in the process. He played club football for the Nova Scotia Clippers, the University of Toronto, the Montreal Impact and the Vaughan Sun Devils.
