Lee Website www.bobbyjackbrand.com Bobby Jack Brand is a brand of clothing created by Han Lim Lee and sold in the United States since 2002; the brand is headquartered in Bell, California.[1] Brand clothing is sold in large U.S. department stores.[2][3][4] Trevor Stokes of the Columbia News Service stated that Bobby Jack Brand, along with several other "slogan" brands, feed on the trend of using "snarky messages."[5]
The characters portrayed on the branded clothing are Bobby Jack, a monkey described by Dawn Wilensky of License! as a character "with an attitude,"[6] Cooper, another monkey, and Moose, a mouse.[7] Bobby Jack merchandise is targeted primarily towards school-age girls.[8] By 2006 Bobby Jack clothing became popular among children.[9][10]
Several United States retail chains sell Bobby Jack clothing.[11]
