Rosemary Foot AO is the former Liberal Member for Vaucluse.
She served as Deputy Oppostition Leader from 1983-86 and is the great grand-daughter of Sir John See, the Premier who successfully introduced the Women's Franchise Act in 1902 [Parliament of New South Wales, History Bulletin 6, Women in the New South Wales Parliament] .
