Gregory Trudor, a young child, witnessed the murder of his favorite idol, an ice cream man. Gregory sufferers from a mental breakdown, and is taken to an institution. He is released years later, and hoping to follow in the footsteps of his idol, opens his own ice cream business. However his insanity soon takes over and he begins kidnapping people, killing them, and adding them to the ice cream. A group of children witness him kidnapping one of their friends, and he threatens to kill their parents if they tell anyone. They go to the police, who investigate Gregory, and find nothing. Gregory then kills the father of Tuna, one of the children who witnessed his kidnapping, and then abducts Tuna. His friends rush to his rescue and trick Gregory into falling into a nut chopper, killing him.
