Congress (documentary)

'The Congress' is a 1988 documentary film on the history of the United States Congress. It was produced by Ken Burns and Stephen Ives and written by David McCullough and Bernard A. Weisberger. The film included readings by Arthur Miller, Kurt Vonnegut and Garrison Keillor, among others. The film first aired on March 28, 1989. It was narrated by David McCullough.
