Bhaniyana

Bhaniyana is a census village mostly of the ethnic group, Jat. It is situated in Pokaran tehsil of Jaisalmer district, in the state of Rajasthan, India.It is 110 km. to the east Jaisalmer. Bhaniyana has a population of 1,500 families out of which 1,000 families are Jat. The main gotra of this village is Godara. Agriculture is the main source of living.
