"Love Makes the World Go 'Round" is a song recorded by the American pop singer Madonna. The song was originally included on her 1986 album, "True Blue".

"Love Makes the World Go 'Round" was originally intended to be released as the lead single of the album when it was at the early stages of recording. However, "Live to Tell" was released instead in early 1986.

The song, together with "Jimmy, Jimmy", is the only track of "True Blue" that has not been included on any of her tours, but it was performed during the North American leg of Live Aid, months ahead of the album's release, on 13 July 1985.

No video was made for the song, but its performance from Live Aid, where Madonna also performed her hits "Holiday" and "Into the Groove" at the JFK Stadium in Philadelphia, was used instead.
