Light chain

A light chain is the small polypeptide subunit of a protein complex such as a motor protein (e.g. myosin, kinesin, or dynein) or an antibody (or immunoglobulin).

More specifically, it can refer to:
* Immunoglobulin light chain
* Ferritin light chain
