BMG Music Australia

BMG Australia is the predominant record label operated via Sony BMG in Australia. In 2003, It has close ties with Australian Idol whereby the big winner of the major prize competition receives a multi billion dollar recording contract with BMG, in which "Australian Idol" later joined Sony BMG in 2004.
