National Express West Midlands Routes 246, 311, 311A and 313 are bus routes operated by National Express West Midlands in West Midlands, England.

History

This service used to be West Midlands Travel's 246/311/312/313, for 15 years the 246 was withdrawn and only had one journey between Mon - Fri between Dudley and Halesowen. In 2001 Travel Merry Hill route 246 was re-numbered route 249 and the number 246 was freed up for the existing incarnation. Consiquentley it was made a showcase route and 313 was curtailed to run Dudley - Walsall.

After a few months 246 was no longer showcased and was given its own timetable leaflet.

In 2007, service 312 became route 311A and in April 2008 the Dudley Network Review meant that the route was re-showcased and was placed back in the 311 leaflet.

Route 311/311A/313 is due to get Scania Omnilinks replacing only two year old Volvo B7RLE Wright Eclipse Urban's from the route. This has not been confirmed, as NXWM are only due 30 Scania Omnilinks this year, possibly for the 404 and 301.
