He won a surprising victory over Nick Serra, the brother of former UFC welterweight champion Matt Serra after Nick refused to stand up from a failed attempt at pulling guard.[1]
Matt is currently an instructor at Daddis Fight Camps in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and occasionally corners Daddis fighters in MMA or muay thai fights.
