Floro Eleuterio Bogado (b.
20 February 1939, Formosa, Argentina) is an Argentine Justicialist Partypolitician, lawyer and diplomat. He is the long-serving vice-governor of Formosa Provinceunder Gildo Insfránsince 1995, having been governor himself 1983-87 as well as a national legislator. Bogado was educated in Formosa and in
San Lorenzo, Santa Fe. He studied law at the University of Buenos Airesand the National University of the Littoral. He was a teacher and lecturer at the Universidad Nacional del Nordesteand held senior roles in the provincial and national Justicialist parties.
In 1983, Bogado was elected as governor of his province. At the end of his term, he was elected to the
Argentine Chamber of Deputies, serving until 1989. He was appointed Argentine Ambassador to Paraguayin 1989, returning in 1991. In 1994 he took part in the national constitutional reform process. The following year he was elected vice-governor as the running mate of Insfrán.
