Mechanicstown Elementary School is one of five in the Enlarged City School District of Middletown, New York, United States. It is located south of the city on Orange County Route 67 in the area of the Town of Wallkill for which it is named.

It educates students from second through fifth grades in the district, along with Maple Hill Elementary School. Students then choose Monhagen or Twin Towers middle schools to further their education should they stay within the district.
