Key Survey is a web-based software platform that automates the creation, deployment, analysis, and reporting of surveys. It is a hosted solution and can be accessed via any web browser. In addition, the use of the software does not require the installation of any software, and all maintenance and administration is handled by WorldAPP. Key Survey is targeted at non-programmers and was designed to be user friendly.Users can custom build surveys or tailor one of Key Survey’s over 200 templates. All surveys can be modified to include company logos and colors. Multi-lingual online customer support is available to assist users through the creation process. Once created, surveys can be deployed online, via email, converted into printed material, or scanned. Key Survey contains robust reporting capabilities, such as frequencies, cross-tabs, statistical indicators, and time series. Surveys and reports can be exported into several formats, including PDF, XLS, CSV and SPSS.
Key Survey was designed with an application programming interface (API) to seamlessly integrate into a company’s existing IT infrastructure for data exchange across any platform.
