Marshfield High School is located in Marshfield, Massachusetts.

It is the only Public High School in Marshfield, there are currently no private high schools located in Marshfield.

It currently serves grades 9-12. Student Population as of 2010 is over 1300 students. The principal of the school is Robert E. Keuther.

School colors are green, black, and white.

School mascot is the Ram.

Athletics

Marshfield High School is known for its athletics program, with championships and awards in its football, cheerleading, soccer, wrestling, lacrosse, rugby and hockey programs.

In 2006, the Marshfield High School Varsity Football team faced the Normans from Beverly Hills High School, CA. The event was televised where the Normans proved their athleticism and were victorious over the Rams, 31-20

In 2008, the Marshfield High School Varsity Football and Cheerleading teams traveled to Beverley Hills and defeated the Normans 23-21.

The past three years the Varsity Football team has made it to the Division 1A Super Bowl and played at Gillette Stadium. In 2009 the Rams football team won the Division 2A Super Bowl.

The Girl's Volleyball team clinched the ACL Title in 2009 and 2010. In 2010 the two seniors that carried the team to victory were Allison Robinson (2011), and Angela Lomuscio (2011).

In the past 5 years the Rams have made it to the division II team sectional finals. This most recent year in 2011 the Rams won the Team sectional tournament for the first time in almost 20 years. The 2011 rams ended the season ranked 13th in Massachusetts and will be returning 8 of the 14 varsity wrestlers. Notable Wrestlers in the past few years are, Joe Pronk (2009), Brandon Flemming(2009), Aaron Hunt(2010), Tommy Pomella(2011), Clinton Lowell(2008), Kurt Jensen(2008), Mike Marchioni(2008), Robert Mcneil(2010), Michael Mcneil(2012), Josh Fitzpatrick(2011), Greg Gomperts(2012), Dave Walsh(2011),Kevin King(2010, James Garfield (2013), Jesse Whittaker (2013), J.P. Ryan (2013).

The Varsity Cheerleading team has placed 1st 5 consecutive times at the Atlantic Coast League Competition (2009-2011) as well as placing 9th in the state in 2009 and 3rd in the state in 2011 earning them a bid to UCA High School Cheerleading Nationals in 2012.

Music

Marshfield High School is also known for its music program. The High School offers Concert Band, Wind Ensemble, and Jazz Ensemble as course for band students, Concert Choir and Marshalairs for chorus students, and Orchestra and Chamber Orchestra for string students. Mr. James Thomas was the Music Director for the entire Marshfield School District until becoming a Vice Principal starting with the 2009-2010 school year. Mr. David Kaminski replaced him.

All students in Concert Band and Wind Ensemble also participate in the Rams Marching Band, a tradition that has created a lot of support for the Music department from the community over the years. They perform a half-time show at every home football game and at all playoff games. The band performed their show at the High School Superbowl at Gillette Stadium in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

Many students seek opportunities outside of Marshfield High School. These students have auditioned for and performed in festival groups such as SEMSBA (Approximately 30 towns), Districts (90 towns), All State and even All Eastern.
