Misc ="She's Got Issues" is a song by The Offspring, released as the fourth and final single from their album "Americana".

The song concerns the narrator's girlfriend, a woman who is constantly complaining about her psychological problems. The narrator has swiftly become tired of them ("she talks about closure and that validation bit/I don't mean to be insensitive, but I really hate that shit"), and is convinced she could get over her issues if she actually tried ("if you think I'm controlling, then why do you follow me around? If you're not co-dependant, why do you let others drag you down?").

This song fits into the album's theme of unpleasant realities of American life, in this case skewering the "victim complex" - the tendencies of Americans to blame all of their difficulties and problems on either other people or, as in this case, outside forces such as mental illness.

Despite being released as a single, the song performed poorly in the chartsFact|date=September 2007 and failed to make it onto The Offspring's "Greatest Hits" compilation. However, the video appeared on the "Complete Music Video Collection" DVD.

Music video

The video, directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, shows an usual workday of a woman, acted by Zooey Deschanel and the things in her everyday life, that she finds disturbing or annoying (which there are a lot), are enhanced by grotesque cartoons, which represent her imagination.
