"Budstikka", prior to 2004 known as "Asker og Bærum Budstikke", is a daily local
newspaper published atBillingstad inAsker ,Norway . In 2007 it had an average circulation of 29,660, making it the 16th largest in the country. The newspaper was founded in 1898. It claims an "independent conservative" editorial orientation. It changed to
