Baron Glendevon

Baron Glendevon, of Midhope in the County of Linlithgow, is a title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. It was created in 1964 for the Conservative politician Lord John Hope. He was the younger twin son of Victor Alexander John Hope, 2nd Marquess of Linlithgow. As of 2007 the title is held by his eldest son, the second Baron. As a descendant of the second Marquess of Linlithgow he is also in remainder to this peerage and its subsidiary titles. The barony of Glendevon is one of the last hereditary baronies created in the Peerage of the United Kingdom.
