Loving Wings originated as an intro tease to the song
Where Are You Going during the Spring of 2002. During the first part of that summer, the intro developed into a full fledged song with lyrics and key contributions from every band member. It continued to be played as a prelude to Where Are You Going until Winter 2002, when it appeared standalone for the very first time.
