John Dodge (baseball)

John Lewis Dodge (April 27, 1889, Bolivar, TennesseeJune 19, 1916, Mobile, Alabama) was an American third baseman in Major League Baseball in 1912 and 1913. He made his debut on August 29, by|1912 for the Philadelphia Phillies. He was traded to the Cincinnati Reds on June 3, by|1913, and played his last game for the Reds on October 5 of that year.

He died in Mobile, Alabama after being hit by a pitch in a minor league baseball game.
