Joseph Feilden

Joseph Feilden

Randle Joseph Feilden (born Clifton, Bristol 1825/26) was a Conservative member of parliament for Blackburn elected for one term in the 1865 general election. A Lord of the Manor, Feilden resided at Witton House.
