Facial yoga

Facial yoga

Facial yoga refers to facial exercises for stretching the muscles. Regular practice can contribute to relaxation and to reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

It is an ancient practice originating in India and has recently started to become popular in the US as an alternative to surgical reduction of wrinkles. There are some yoga centers in the US that now offer classes in facial yoga.
