Plot summary

Original edition

Frank and Joe attempt to uncover a plot to smuggle refugees from Baredo in the Huellas (a fictional island nation off the coast of French Guiana) into the United States, and the involvement of local magnate Orrin North. Their efforts take them to Cayenne, French Guiana to investigate. They also foil an attempt by the same smuggling ring to steal a high-tech camera from a local company called Micro-Eye

Frank and Joe attempt to foil a ruthless industrial espionage ring in their effort to sabotage the Micro-Eye camera company (which is making a super-camera to attach to a satellite).
