Lingana

Lingana is a massive pinnacle near Raigad. Its structure makes it unique in the range of Sahyadris. It can be easily seen from Raigad as a Pointed Pinnacle in the direction of Fort Torna.

Lingana is a fort brought into the light by Chhatrapati Shivaji. He used this fort for as a Prison for his prisoners. Without ropes one cannot trek it.

this fort due to its inaccessibility was used to keep dangerous criminals.
