Richard Boyatzis

Richard Boyatzis

Richard Boyatzis is a professor of Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University and an expert in the field of emotional intelligence. He has published numerous books and articles in the vein of emotional intelligence, behavior change, competencies and leadership. Prior to his work as a professor at Case Western, Boyatzis was CEO of McBer and Company, now a part of Hay Group.
