The Progressive Reform Party ("Vooruitstrevende Hervormingspartij"/VHP) is a Hindustani political party in Suriname.
At the last legislative elections (25 May 2005), the party was part of the New Front for Democracy and Development that won 41.2% of the popular vote and 23 out of 51 seats in the National Assembly.
Ram Sardjoe is the current chairman of the party.
