Pausanias mentions his statue of the Olympic victor Amertas ofElis ; [Pausanias, "Description of Greece" vi. 8. § 1] and there is anepigram byTheodoridas of Syracuse , in theGreek Anthology , on a group of twelve bronze cows, made by Phradmon, and dedicated toAthena Itonia , that is, Athena, as worshiped at Iton inThessaly .
