"Toxochelys" (TOKS uh KEE leez [ [http://www.nhm.org/sas/t_brachyrhina.html www.nhm.org] Retrieved on May 12th, 2008.] ) is an extinct genus of sea turtle from the Cretaceous period. It is the most commonly found fossilized turtle species in the Smoky Hill Chalk, in western Kansas.
