High Delta Safari Park

The High Delta Drive Thru Safari Park is conveniently located 30 miles between Vicksburg, MS and Monroe, Louisiana. Highway 17 only 9 miles north of Interstate 20 exit 153. The animal park features hundreds of exotic and endangered species.

This drive thru zoo boasts the largest herds of the white-bearded Wildebeest and Scimitar Horned Oryx in the State of Louisiana,and is the only licensed breeder of the Barasingha (an endangered species). High Delta Safari Park is open every day of the year and offers birthday parties, field trips and more.High Delta is one of the largest safari parks in the world and the Safari Park is located on 2000 acres of Northern Louisiana's most picturesque landscape. Unlike the zoo, you will be able to experience the animals as if you are on a safari in their own natural habitat.Buffalos, giraffes, onyx, over 200 species can be viewed by driving thru the park or getting on a wagon tour. Kids are able to play with young animals and summer camps and field trips are available as well and an animal adoption program is available where visitors can get involved in adding endangered species into the park.
