Valderrama is a 4th class municipality in the province of Antique, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 17,874 people in 3,378 households. The municipality was named after Spanish governor-general Manuel Blanco Valderrama. Government officials today are Mayor Hon. Mary Joyce Roquero (May 14, 2007).[citation needed]
