Kaoru Mfaume

Kaoru Mfaume (born 1976) is an entertainment producer who has worked extensively in the anime industry. He oversaw Manga Entertainment's worldwide operations as managing director until 2007, and has served as executive producer on a number of high profile anime projects including Dead Leaves, Blood The Last Vampire, Street Fighter Alpha Generations, Iron Kid and is a permanent member of the Ghost in the Shell Production Committee.

After leaving Manga Entertainment in 2007, Mfaume founded Endeleizo Co., Ltd, an intellectual property management, producution and consultation company.

Mfaume was born in Tokyo to a Tanzanian father and a Japanese mother, and was raised and educated in the UK. He currently resides in Tokyo, Japan.
