Werner Fricker (born January 24, 1936 in Karlsdorf, Yugoslavia; died May 30, 2001 in Horsham, Pennsylvania) was a U.S. soccer halfback who later became president of the United States Soccer Federation. He is a member of both the National Soccer Hall of Fame.

Player

Fricker was born in Yugoslavia, but his family moved to Austria in 1946 and the United States in 1952. He spent most of his career with the United German-Hungarians of Philadelphia. In 1965, Fricker and his team mates won the National Amateur Cup.

Executive

Fricker was president of the United States Soccer Federation from 1984 to 1990. He also sat on the CONCACAF executive committee.
