Fricker was born in Yugoslavia, but his family moved to Austria in 1946 and the United States in 1952. He spent most of his career with the United German-Hungarians of Philadelphia. In 1965, Fricker and his team mates won the
National Amateur Cup .Executive
Fricker was president of the
