Gabor Paul Bako II (pronEng|ˈbɑkoʊ̪; born June 20, 1972 in Lafayette, Louisiana) is a catcher in Major League Baseball for the Cincinnati Reds. He attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the fifth round of the by|1993 amateur draft.

On February 1, by|2008, Bako signed a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training with the Reds. At the end of spring training, he was added to the 40-man roster.

Bako made the final out of the 2003 NLCS, by flying out to left field. That ended the Chicago Cubs chances of winning the World Series that year.

Bako lives in his hometown of Lafayette, Louisiana in his off-seasons.
