Paul Tamanian

Paul Tamanian is an American artist born in New York and currently residing in Tallahassee, Florida. He received a degree in interior design from Florida State University and went on to show his first exhibition at a small gallery in Havana, Florida in 1992. He then progressed to exhibit his works across the United States, including at the Boca Raton Museum, in Florida's Capitol building, and at Florida A&M University. He has also been invited to show his works in the company of some of America's foremost craftsmen and artists, including William Morris, Jun Kaneko, and Richard Jolley.

Tamanian uses a variety of mediums and glazes to create each piece, including traditional glazes, industrial fabric dyes, automobile paints, and odd chemicals that alter texture and/or color.
