Freddy Dolsi (born January 6, 1983 in San Pedro de Macorís, Dominican Republic) is a Major League Baseball pitcher in the Detroit Tigers organization. Dolsi was called up to the Tigers from Double-A Erie to replace injured Denny Bautista.
