The school was established by virtue of Republic Act No. 3987 which was approved onJune 18 ,1964 .The school specialises in vocational courses. For girls: cosmetology, home management, food management, nursing, art, and garments. For boys: drafting, electrical technology, automotive engineering, handicrafts, agriculture, and entrepreneurship.
